More True Tales of Ghosts, Spirits, and Angels
ISBN: 978-1-935001-70-6

More True Tales of Ghosts, Spirits, and Angels by Thomas L. FreeseMore True Tales of Ghosts, Spirits and Angels presents amazing, true tales often counters with spirits of the dead, angelic helpers, stories of fairy folk and haunting ghostly figures. Each story is gathered from direct interviews with the person who experienced the event. In addition, Thomas Freese brings research and historical information to add to the wonderful weave of personalities and connections with the invisible realm. Story titles hint at the variety of tales included, such as, “Don’t Talk About Demons,” “Bad Energy from Graveyard,” “Chastisement from the Grave,” “The Day the Library GhostFollowed me Home,” “A Crypt was Their Secret Playground,” “Where is MotherBuried?” “Piano Recital Angel,” and “Fairy Lights.”

In this dynamic sequel, Thomas Freese adds a new category of stories – tales of nature spirits. Each story highlights the personal connection the teller has with the spirit or ghost. There are dozens of photographs of the people and places noted in the stories, including pictures of unexplainable figures of light or hazy forms. There are dramatic accounts of home exorcisms, haunted hotels, Ouija boards gone bad, Civil War spirits, family ghosts’ farewell messages, imaginary friends, gravestones moved, angels preventing car accidents and tales of the fairy folk in the woods.

Freese brings first hand accounts of unbelievable tales of the world beyond our daily material reality. Yet these are stories from our friends, family members and coworkers.

Back:

“Afterreviewing Ghosts, Spirits, and Angels, readers were left wishing for more stories in these categories. Thomas Freesehas responded with this second book, More True Tales of Ghosts, Spirits and Angels, which not only has stories about ghosts, spirits and angels, but new categories about fairies, nature spirits and animal spirits.

There are several things I especially enjoy about this book. I like the introduction of the fairies and the spirits of animals and nature. I have always believed in fairies, but the only stories I could find about them were fiction. In this book, there are accounts of actual sightings by reputable observers. After reading about the fairies, I will always remember to thank them for rocks that I pick up in the forest for my collection.

Jeff Stevenson gives a nail-biting description of his personal experience on the Pope Lick Monster Railroad Trestle. Anyone driving through that area will confirm how spooky it is and will probably agree that Jeff must have had a true guardian angel with him the night he confronted the train coming onto thetrestle.

Jackie Atchison tells of the believable encounters with the ghosts of Black acre. It is interesting how they accept her presence there and how they reject the intrusion of professional ghost hunters. She shares some ways she communicates with the ghosts and how they respond.

Thomas Freese has a wealth of knowledge about the paranormal and has an intriguing, entertaining way of writing these stories. This is definitely a book you willwant to have close at hand to read for shivery delights any time in any season of the year.”
