The WCDIA and ECDIA is pleased to announce that work is underway on a new book to document the history and role of Marine Corps Drill Instructors across the nation and their role in training disciplined and physically fit Marines, both yesterday and today.

In addition to a detailed history of the USMC recruit training and the USMC Drill Instructor School, this exciting book will feature a special section showcasing biographies of WCDIA and ECDIA members with “then and now” photographs, and YOU are invited to be included. The book will also include special after action reports, stories and photographs from the membership.
