We will not accept returns with out a RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization). Please call Customer Service in order to receive a RMA. Do NOT return merchandise without the appropriate RMA from Acclaim Press. You must contact us before returning any merchandise for proper credit to be issued to your account.
Conditions of Books
Any returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt. All returns require previous authorization by calling Customer Service at (573) 472-9800 or e-mailing to email@example.com. Books must be in new and unused condition and include the dust jacket if provided. Use original packing materials if possible. Ship US Mail media rate (lowest cost). Customer pays the return postage unless the error was on behalf of Acclaim Press. No returns are allowed on personalized or embossed copies.
